Study Abroad - Counsellor

We’re looking for a passionate and organized Study Abroad Counsellor with excellent Communcation skills, with 1 - 4 years of work experience in study abroad - student counselling field to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with students, helping them understand about their interests, select programs, manage applications, and prepare for their study abroad experience.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong expertise in the international higher education sector, including global study destinations, programs, and admission trends.

Provide counselling to students about study programs and application processes

Assist students with university applications, documentation, interview prep, and visa support

Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups

Organize webinars, events, and outreach activities

Communicate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination

Stay updated on international education and visa policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline)

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in student counselling

Fluency in English is mandatory

Knowledge of other languages is a bonus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and student-focused

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google

Understanding of international education systems
