Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Technical Presales Consultants who will serve as Tech Account Managers for us. This role blends technical solutioning and client relationship management, ensuring seamless collaboration between business, delivery, and clients.
The consultant will engage with clients to identify digital transformation opportunities, design tailored technology solutions (AI, IoT, cloud, and automation), and support both presales and post-sales activities - acting as the face of Dexian for the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for clients across the assigned regions.
- Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and identify suitable digital transformation, AI, and automation solutions.
- Work closely with sales and delivery teams to create customized proposals, demos, and solution architectures.
- Lead technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase Dexian’s capabilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for CXO-level stakeholders.
- Support post-sales engagement by ensuring technical alignment during solution deployment and acting as a customer success partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design end-to-end solutions covering application modernization, cloud migration, analytics, and AI-driven process optimization.
- Monitor market and technology trends within manufacturing to position Dexian as a thought leader.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Skills & Experience
8–15 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical account management roles.Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes and digital transformation initiatives.Hands-on exposure to AI / ML, IoT, automation, analytics, and cloud-based architectures.Proven ability to create and present technical proposals, RFP / RFI responses, and solution documents.Experience in post-sales client management and ensuring project success through technical governance.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts across regions and travel as required.Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), AI / ML, or Digital Transformation frameworks are preferred.
