Job description

To drive business growth by generating qualified leads, pitching RKI's event planning services, and converting prospects into clients for weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations.

Selected Intern&aposs Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Identify potential clients through online / offline channels (Instagram, referrals, networking, listings).
  • Follow up on inquiries received via WhatsApp, social media, JustDial, WedMeGood, etc.
  • Pitch services effectively, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Set up meetings, create proposals / quotations, and negotiate to close deals.
  • Maintain lead tracking and follow-up system (Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets).
  • Build partnerships with vendors, banquet halls, photographers, and local businesses.
  • Represent the company at expos, trade shows, and networking events (like BNI).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns to boost lead generation.
