We are seeking an accomplished Technical Specialist Automation Testing to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust test automation frameworks across complex enterprise applications.

This role is ideal for a senior QA professional who combines deep technical expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and performance testing with strategic thinking in test architecture, quality governance, and continuous integration.

What Youll Do :

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and related tools.
• Define and implement the automation testing strategy across web, API, and performance testing layers.
• Develop and maintain performance test suites using tools like JMeter to benchmark system scalability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests within CI / CD pipelines for continuous validation.
• Establish test planning and execution methodologies aligned with Agile delivery and sprint cycles.
• Evaluate and select appropriate test automation tools, frameworks, and utilities to meet evolving project requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and defect prevention initiatives, ensuring long-term product stability and reliability.
• Design automation coverage for regression, smoke, integration, and load testing.
• Drive test data management and environment setup to ensure repeatable, reliable testing outcomes.
• Mentor QA engineers and champion best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and test documentation.
• Collaborate with release management teams to streamline deployment verification and production rollout validation.
