Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata. As a Senior Manager, you will lead and oversee strategic financial projects and operations within the organization.
• Responsibilities include designing strategies for business growth, managing teams, supervising financial reports, and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• You will collaborate across departments, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and aim to achieve organizational objectives Proven leadership skills, team management, and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong understanding of financial services, including Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, and Investment Advisory Services.
• Proficiency in managing and analyzing financial reports, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Experience in stakeholder relationship management and business development.
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
