Role Description

This is an on-site , full-time role located in Mumbai for a Training Coordinator. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training programs for specified clients / personnel. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of planning and managing corporate training programs for leading multinational clients. The individual will also be expected to monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• A background in engineering or sales , with a strong understanding of technical or business environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the confidence to interact with senior professionals across diverse industries and geographies.
• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating or managing training programs , including scheduling, logistics, participant communication, and trainer support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities , with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with internal teams, senior trainers, and international clients.
• Candidates with Knowledge of French (spoken) will be preferred.
