Job Description :
- Counsel students and give information about the courses running by the Institute.
- Follow up on inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads).
- Explain program structures, fees, duration, and outcomes clearly and persuasively.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
- Assist students with filling out application forms and document submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions.
- Daily follow-up of the inquiries
- Attending all the incoming calls and Outgoing calls.
Required Skills :
Excellent communication skills.Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.Prior experience in counselling, sales, or customer service is a plus.Interested candidates, please walk in with an updated CVSkills Required
