What were looking for :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HRIS support, HR operations, or similar technical HR role
- Required experience with core HR Systems, specifically Workday. Familiarity with Jira and Culture Amp is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and practices, including Talent Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning Management, and Performance Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across departments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
