Job description

Reports to : Supply Chain Manager

Compensation : ₹12-18 lakhs

Priority : CRITICAL - Phase 1 Hire

Why This Role is Essential :

Deep e-waste expertise required for material sourcing and supplier relationships
Specialized knowledge of electronic component types, grades, and recycling processes
Regulatory compliance understanding for hazardous material handling
Supplier network development specifically for e-waste dealers and corporate clients

Key Responsibilities for E-Waste Vertical :

Source and evaluate e-waste suppliers and corporate generators

Negotiate pricing for different electronic component categories (PCBs, metals, plastics)

Ensure compliance with e-waste management rules and environmental regulations

Build relationships with IT companies, manufacturers, and refurbishment centers

Understand precious metal recovery processes and pricing dynamics
