About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React + Flutter Developer  to join our team. This role involves building scalable web applications  with React and cross-platform mobile apps  with Flutter. The ideal candidate has strong experience with modern React ecosystems (Tailwind CSS, shadcn / ui, Redux, AG Grid)  and is equally comfortable working in Flutter / Dart  for mobile app development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications  using React.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn / ui, Redux, and AG Grid .
• Build and deploy cross-platform mobile apps  (iOS & Android) using Flutter .
• Work closely with designers and product teams to translate UI / UX requirements into high-quality implementations.
• Implement and manage state management  solutions in both React (Redux) and Flutter ( GetX ).
• Integrate REST APIs services across web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with backend developers for seamless integration.
