What you’ll do

Streamline HR processes to make the organization faster, smarter, and more people-centric
Curate and implement company policies that balance compliance with culture
Benchmark compensation and design fair, competitive pay structures
Lead employee benefits programs that keep the team happy, healthy, and motivated
Drive employee engagement initiatives that make work feel rewarding, not routine
Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals

What we’re looking for

3+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, labor laws, and people management

Proven track record in compensation benchmarking and benefits design

Ability to translate organizational goals into clear, actionable HR policies

Sharp communicator with empathy and a strong problem-solving mindset

Someone who loves structure but thinks creatively about people-first solutions

Bonus points if you

Have experience in Influencer Marketing Company / Talent Management Agency

Know your way around HRIS tools (like Keka)

Love building culture through events, engagement, and smart internal communication

Are data-driven and can back people decisions with insight

Location- Mumbai (Andheri west)
