Requirements :

• 2- 6 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of best practices and current trends in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant HR software
