Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect. The role is based in Coimbatore. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, integrating contemporary technological advancements, managing project timelines, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that all designs are climate and site responsive. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the entire architectural process from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of Experience in Architecture
• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management, including managing project timelines
• Knowledge of Software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Blender, MS Office and Integration processes relevant to architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Candidates from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka and Telangana are preferable
