Job descriptionAssist in daily kitchen operations and manage team performance Prepare and supervise a wide range of multicuisine dishes, with a focus on authentic Gujarati cuisine Ensure high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain operational efficiency Work closely with the F / &B service team to deliver seamless guest experiences Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards consistently Contribute to menu planning using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients Proven experience in upscale hotel or resort kitchens Strong command of Indian, international, and especially Gujarati cuisine Leadership and team-building skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to perform in high-pressure and remote-location environments Knowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene, and food cost controls Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Industry Hospitality Employment Type Full-time Job Functions Art / Creative Management Skills Team Performance Food Cost Culinary Management Cooking Menu Development Food Quality Culinary Arts Presentations Quality Control
