Job Description – Marketplace Executive (Myntra & Website Management)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to manage our Myntra account and oversee the basic operations of our Shopify website. The role involves end-to-end portal handling, product listings, campaign execution, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across Myntra and the website.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Marketplace Management (Myntra)

Handle day-to-day Myntra backend operations.

Upload and manage product listings with accurate images, descriptions, and pricing.

Monitor listing health and ensure compliance with Myntra guidelines.

Execute campaign submissions and coordinate approvals with Myntra account managers.

Track performance of products (sales, returns, ratings) and flag low-performing SKUs.

B. Website Management (Shopify)

Manage product uploads, edits, and content updates on the website.

Update banners, product metadata, and featured collections regularly.

Coordinate with developers for any backend fixes or improvements.

Ensure website inventory, prices, and product details are up to date.

C. Inventory & Orders

Share live inventory status and stock-out alerts with the internal team.

Coordinate order dispatches, cancellations, and return flows with the operations team.

Support restocking of fast-moving SKUs in coordination with production.

D. Campaign Execution & Optimization

Support festive promotions, seasonal offers, and Myntra sale events.

Implement campaign rollouts on the website (banners, discounts, coupon codes).

Assist in ad campaign execution with the Marketplace Manager.

E. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain sheets for product performance across Myntra and the website.

Share weekly updates on sales, returns, and customer feedback.

Highlight opportunities for improving product visibility and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce portals (Myntra experience preferred).

Basic understanding of Shopify backend.

Strong attention to detail with good Excel / Google Sheets skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (operations, design, production).

Proactive, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
