Why this role is exciting
As our second sales hire , you won’t just be selling—you’ll shape how sales is done at BlogVault. You’ll own conversations with agencies and businesses across Western markets, craft a consultative sales process, and be the person who sets the tone for every future sales hire.
If you love the craft of sales, value genuine conversations over pushy pitches, and want the ownership of a founder—but with the backing of a 14-year-old profitable SaaS company—this role is for you.

Within 3 months : You’ve nurtured your pipeline, understood the lay of the land, and consistently create SQLs.
Within 6–12 months : You’ve refined your outreach, set up repeatable processes, and are helping us think about scaling sales while becoming a part of closure calls.
Salary Range
6-10 LPA + Commissions (Depending on experience, skills and commutabilitiy)
