Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator. The responsibilities include developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating and optimizing content aligned with business goals, and monitoring social media trends and metrics. The role also involves crafting high-quality written content and engaging with online audiences to enhance brand presence and drive user engagement.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong proficiency in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics effectively
• Creative thinking and ability to engage diverse online audiences
• Knowledge of using social media management and analytics tools
• Experience in the education or content development sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
