resolve design / execution issues. Coordinate with design, procurement, and client representatives for approvals and technical clarifications. Oversee subcontractor management, cost control, and resource optimization. Conduct review meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure milestone achievement. Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of safety and quality. Key Skills & Competencies : In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques and quality standards. Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera). Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, or heavy civil projects preferred. Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) M.E. / M.Tech (preferred for senior positions)
