Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of Workforce and Individual Compensation module and to provide BAU Support. Candidate is expected to be able to configure, optimize, support, troubleshooting, error handling and customization as per requirement.
Relevant experience
5 to 10 Years overall as HCM Functional role and
4 – 5 years in Workforce and Individual Compensation

Experience
Must have worked on configurations / set-ups, Ticket based support tickets along with Enhancements
Strong understanding of end to end Compensation Cycle , Creation of the Payroll elements, enrolment to the employee’s and Processing in Payroll
Creation of Workforce and Individual Compensation Plans
Enrolment to the plans and its eligibility.
Complete hands on experience / configuration of Compensation worksheets, alerts, access etc
Troubleshooting the error handling withing the Compensation Module.
