Senior Marketplace Associate - Flipkart / Home Decor

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a proactive Senior Marketplace Associate - Flipkart who can fully own the channel—covering listings, optimization, ads, growth planning, NPD, and P&L. This role is ideal for someone who takes complete responsibility and can independently scale a marketplace business end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of the Flipkart channel including strategy, execution, and P&L.
• Manage end-to-end listings : creation, optimization, hygiene, and compliance.
• Drive aggressive growth, visibility, pricing optimization, and selection enhancement.
• Plan and optimize Flipkart Ads to improve ROAS and overall sales performance.
• Identify & launch new products (NPD) based on trends and data insights.
• Maintain strong relationship management with Flipkart category & ops POCs.
• Track KPIs, analyze competition, manage penalties, and ensure operational excellence.
