Job descriptionManage daily brand operations — from planning to execution. Ensure that every process reflects our “clean and natural” brand promise. Build and maintain effective internal communication channels to align teams. Support product launches, market rollouts, and campaign executions. Track progress of operational deliverables and ensure smooth cross-team flow. Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and bring structure to chaos (the good kind). Help build a culture of ownership, clarity, and collaboration within the team. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Operations, Coordination, or FMCG operations management. A digitally smart, organized, and proactive individual. Strong interpersonal and communication skills — a true people connector. Someone who can work fast, think smart, and stay calm under startup chaos. A natural problem solver with a “let’s get it done” attitude. About the Role
- The Brand Operations Lead will be the heartbeat of our daily operations — ensuring that all moving parts across manufacturing, farming, sales, and marketing come together seamlessly.
- This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordination, loves problem-solving, and enjoys being the glue that keeps people and processes aligned.
- You’ll work directly with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution of plans, timely communication across departments, and accountability in deliverables.
What You’ll Do
Act as the bridge across departments — coordinating between manufacturing, farming, marketing, and sales teams.
