Job Title : Recruitment Consultant – Gulf Region
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to drive and expand our recruitment business in the Gulf Region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait) . The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in the Gulf region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR heads, business leaders, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements.
- Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate database for Gulf market requirements (blue-collar, white-collar, and senior-level).
- Coordinate visa, mobilization, and onboarding processes in alignment with Gulf compliance requirements.
- Market & Strategy
- Stay updated with Gulf labor laws, recruitment trends, and talent supply-demand.
- Work closely with internal sourcing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Requirements :
Graduate / MBA preferred, with 3–8 years of experience in International / Gulf recruitment .Proven track record in business development and client handling in the Gulf region .Strong network of clients and candidates in industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Healthcare, FMCG, Hospitality, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.Knowledge of visa processing, mobilization, and Gulf compliance will be an added advantage.
