About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – US Loan Operations to lead a team responsible for Loan Notice Tagging, Past Dues, and Exception Reporting . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US Loan Operations , a strong understanding of CLO loans , and proven expertise in managing teams in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Loan Operations (Notice Tagging) process, driving operational excellence.
- Review untagged loan notices and accurately identify lender and facility details, activity type, and effective dates.
- Partner with agent banks to resolve payment and exception issues.
- Ensure all reporting exceptions are cleared before deadlines and escalate potential risks to management.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and daily cadence calls.
- Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to uphold process standards.
- Manage capacity planning, forecasting, and team performance against SLAs.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
