About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – US Loan Operations to lead a team responsible for Loan Notice Tagging, Past Dues, and Exception Reporting . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US Loan Operations , a strong understanding of CLO loans , and proven expertise in managing teams in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Loan Operations (Notice Tagging) process, driving operational excellence.
  • Review untagged loan notices and accurately identify lender and facility details, activity type, and effective dates.
  • Partner with agent banks to resolve payment and exception issues.
  • Ensure all reporting exceptions are cleared before deadlines and escalate potential risks to management.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and daily cadence calls.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to uphold process standards.
  • Manage capacity planning, forecasting, and team performance against SLAs.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or Business.
  • Experience : 4–6 years in US Loan Operations , with at least 1 year of experience leading a team of 15–20 members.
  • Strong understanding of CLO loans and associated workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large volume fluctuations and meet tight SLAs.
  • Experience in process audits , documentation, and updating procedural manual
