Job Summary

The Legal Associate (Mid-Level) will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal and compliance needs of a fast-paced SaaS and IT services organization .

This position requires independently managing a variety of legal matters, including commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection , and corporate governance .

You will work closely with teams across Sales, Procurement, HR, Product, and InfoSec to ensure legal risks are effectively mitigated while enabling smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Lifecycle Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as SaaS Subscription Agreements, MSAs, SOWs, Partner / Channel Agreements, NDAs, DPAs , and vendor contracts .
• Ensure inclusion of SaaS-specific clauses (service availability, data protection, uptime SLAs, limitation of liability, IP ownership, etc.).
• Act as the legal point of contact for internal stakeholders to enable timely deal closure and risk mitigation .
• Maintain accurate records and version control using CLM tools or repositories .
