Overview :
We are looking for an analytical and trade-savvy professional to join our eCommerce team as Manager eCommerce. The ideal candidate brings a strong merchandising mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate insights into actionable online growth strategies. This is an individual contributor role that offers an opportunity to shape our online retail presence with a fresh perspective.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive online business performance by analyzing category trends, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
- Partner with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage online assortment, content accuracy, and visual presentation across key eCommerce platforms.
- Monitor product performance, sell-through rates, and customer engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and planning teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and inventory readiness.
- Liaise with external partners such as Noon, Amazon, and other marketplaces to optimize brand visibility and sales performance.
- Present business reviews and insights to senior management through structured reports and MBA or equivalent degree
- 3 - 5 years of experience in eCommerce, Buying, Category Management, or Planner roles - preferably within Womens Fashion.
- Strong analytical and trade orientation with a proven ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
- Hands-on experience with major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Noon, Amazon) and understanding of online merchandising practices.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
