Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, assisting customers with product selections, and representing the Outerworld brand with confidence and professionalism.

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalised assistance throughout their shopping experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, fabrics, fits, and styling
• Achieve daily / weekly sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Manage visual merchandising and ensure store presentation standards are maintained
• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns in a professional manner
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support stock replenishment
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups
• Address customer concerns with patience and a solution-oriented approach
