We are seeking a Client Relations & Private Finance Executive to assist the team in client outreach, research, and lead generation within the private finance space. You will be responsible for helping to prepare client presentations and financial models, providing administrative support, and participating in training sessions to enhance your financial knowledge. This role requires an MBA in finance, a strong interest in wealth management, and proficiency in MS Office .
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Client Outreach : Assist the team in reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Help introduce the firm's services and financial solutions to prospective clients.
- Research & Lead Generation : Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and opportunities in the private finance space. Assist in gathering relevant financial data and identifying client needs.
- Client Interaction Support : Shadow senior team members during client meetings or calls to learn about the client engagement process, from initial contact to offering financial solutions.
- Document Preparation : Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports. Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
- Financial Analysis Support : Assist in preparing financial models, reports, and client portfolios under the guidance of senior team members.
- Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the client relations team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Learning & Development : Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial knowledge and skills. Apply classroom learning to real-world financial services.
Skills Required
