Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend web applications using React.
• Frontend Development : Develop and maintain user-facing features with high-quality code and performance.
• Backend Team Collaboration : Ability to work with different backend technology teams (e.g., Node.js, Laravel, Python) based on project assignment.
• UI / UX Collaboration : Work closely with UI / UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and a seamless user experience.
• Performance Optimization : Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Code Quality : Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and best practices.
• Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our frontend solutions.

Education : Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 2+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects using React.

Skills :

Preferred : Experience with performance optimization, responsive design (Tailwind CSS), and cross-browser compatibility.
