Time Zone : US CST Hours

Compensation : ₹Base DOE + Tiered Commission (3–5% of Gross Margins)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience and a high-performance mindset. Someone who thrives in a structured yet high-trust environment—and is driven to match exactly the right candidate to the actual needs of a client team.

This role requires discipline, clarity, and the ability to go beyond the obvious.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment : from sourcing and screening to client handoff, offer negotiation, onboarding, and consultant care
  • Navigate technical and functional roles across ERP, software, and data (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, engineering, analytics)
  • Source using advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resumes, Google X-Ray, and the STEPS-AI Talent Platform
  • Build long-term candidate pipelines with trust-based engagement and clear follow-through
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery leads to ensure client needs and candidate aspirations are fully aligned
  • What We Look For

  • 1–3 years of technical recruiting experience (IT, engineering, or ERP)
  • Deep familiarity with sourcing tools : LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resumes, Google X-Ray
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, engineering hiring, or ERP project roles
  • Ownership mindset with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, fast learner, and deeply coachable
  • Someone who sees recruiting as a precision function , not a numbers game
  • Bonus If You Have

  • Worked with C2C suppliers or contract hiring workflows
  • Hands-on experience with ERP hiring (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, MS)
  • Recruited for engineering or data science roles
  • Familiarity with Dynamics ATS, Bullhorn, or equivalent platforms
