We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience and a high-performance mindset. Someone who thrives in a structured yet high-trust environment—and is driven to match exactly the right candidate to the actual needs of a client team.

What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment : from sourcing and screening to client handoff, offer negotiation, onboarding, and consultant careNavigate technical and functional roles across ERP, software, and data (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, engineering, analytics)Source using advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resumes, Google X-Ray, and the STEPS-AI Talent PlatformBuild long-term candidate pipelines with trust-based engagement and clear follow-throughCollaborate closely with sales and delivery leads to ensure client needs and candidate aspirations are fully alignedWhat We Look For
