Structural Design Engineer

Required Skillset : NX, ANSYS, GD&T, Microsoft office

Required Experience : 7- 11 years

Location : Bangalore

Must Have :

• Hands on experience in 3D CAD models and ply lay-up drawing definitions, design of mold / bond tools, jigs, and fixtures for composite manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and quality
• Understanding of Engineering drawings
• Able to understand and interpret GD & T
• BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have hands on experience in 3D CAD models and ply lay-up drawing definitions
• Hands on experience in design of mold / bond tools, jigs, and fixtures for composite manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency and quality.
• Hands on experience in driving Design for Manufacturing session with supplier
• Exposure in fabrics, fibers of carbon, glass, Kevlar
• Hands on experience in composite manufacturing techniques like layup, molding, and curing
• Experience in AS9145 (APQP) and AS9100 quality standards
