We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our wedding planning and event management team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in the wedding planning and event management sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the industry.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs to inform service offerings.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate business development progress and forecasts.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the wedding planning or event management industry.Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Skills Required
