Job Title : Concierge Executive

Location : Bengaluru (Centralized Operations)

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Concierge Executive to join our central team. The role involves handling all incoming and outgoing calls related to Multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through professional and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle all incoming calls for restaurant reservations, stay bookings, and bakery orders.
  • Make outgoing calls for order confirmations, customer follow-ups, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen, and accommodation teams to ensure smooth guest service and timely updates.
  • Provide guests with accurate information on menus, availability, pricing, and offers.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional tone across all communication channels (calls, email, WhatsApp).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution in coordination with the operations team.
  • Maintain call logs, booking details, and guest records in the CRM system.
  • Support marketing and guest engagement initiatives as needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Communications.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality, travel, or F&B preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory; Hindi / Kannada / Tamil an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Confident handling calls with poise, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a team player.
