As part of our expanding operations, we are now looking for experienced IT Recruiters to support our UK / Europe market.

🔎 Position : IT Recruiter – UK / Europe

  • Experience : 2–15 years
  • Location : Remote
  • Job Type : Full-time / Permanent
  • Salary : Competitive; aligned with company standards

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international clients
  • Specialise in contract staffing across the UK / Europe region
  • Source talent through RPS , job portals, internal databases, and referrals
  • Conduct pre-screening for skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Ensure timely follow-up on interview progress and feedback
  • Assist in offer negotiations and support smooth onboarding
