Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Accounting Executive, located in Noida. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support tax compliance and reporting for our US operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US GAAP, bookkeeping and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure books are closed on time.

Perform daily bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, AR / AP, and expense tracking.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.

Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls.

Work with external auditors as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proficiency in NetSuite.

Knowledge and experience in Finance

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
