Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization efforts across multiple client portfolios. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical).
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits.
• Optimize websites for core web vitals, page speed, and mobile-first indexing.
• Work with developers and content teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Build high-quality backlinks and develop link-building strategies aligned with Googles guidelines.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
• Manage local SEO, schema markup, and featured snippet targeting strategies.
• Generate monthly SEO performance reports and present strategic insights.

Required Skills

• Proven experience (4+ years) in managing SEO campaigns with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of Google ranking algorithms, E-E-A-T, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like:
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
• Experience working with content teams and providing SEO briefs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international SEO, YouTube SEO, or App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Previous experience in an agency environment handling multiple clients.
• Understanding of paid search integration (PPC + SEO) is a plus.
