Role Description

We are pleased to announce a full-time, on-site opportunity for the position of Business Process Associate, fluent in French, based in Bengaluru. In this capacity, the selected candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our products and services on the TOOGO Software platform. Responsibilities will include creating travel books, distributing reservation reminders to improve client experiences, and compiling valuable travel reviews.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Process experience
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Finance processes and procedures
• Fluency in French is mandatory
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
