Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, development, and lifecycle management of Security Offerings within the Digital Workplace Services portfolio.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and value proposition refinement for security solutions (Endpoint Security, IAM, Zero Trust, MDR / XDR for workplace, SASE, etc.).
- Work closely with engineering, delivery, sales, and alliance teams to build scalable, repeatable offerings.
- Develop GTM strategies, sales enablement content, collateral, and packaging / pricing models .
- Engage with OEM and platform partners to integrate cybersecurity tools and services effectively into DWS solutions.
- Support client-facing discussions, RFP / RFI responses, and proof-of-concept positioning .
- Track offering performance , revenue contribution, and continuously optimize based on feedback.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends relevant to modern workplace environments .
Required Skills & Experience
9+ years in Cybersecurity , with strong experience in Product Management / Offerings / Portfolio / GTM roles .Hands-on exposure to security platforms or tools such as EDR / XDR, SIEM, SASE, CASB, DLP, IAM, ZTNA, etc.Proven ability to translate technical security capabilities into market-ready services .Experience managing partner ecosystems (Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Okta, etc.).Strong stakeholder collaboration skills across technical, delivery, and sales functions.Excellent documentation, storytelling, and presentation skills .Preferred certifications : CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent (not mandatory but desirable).Good to Have
Prior experience in Digital Workplace Services or End User Computing environment .Experience with AI-driven cybersecurity offerings or automation-led security operations.Additional Locations :
