City Operations Lead

Summary :

As the City Operations Lead, you will oversee end-to-end operational delivery across plant care services, project management, and supply chain coordination within your assigned city. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely project execution, maintaining service quality, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving city-level P&L performance while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all city-level operations, including project execution, supply chain, vendor management, and team coordination for seamless delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Align operations with customer needs and market demands to drive business growth and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, project management, sales, and logistics to meet deadlines and achieve project targets.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, plans, and forecasts, contributing to city-level Profit & Loss management.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate operational effectiveness and team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
