🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic’s social-media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business).
• Coordinate and nurture patient inquiries — local & overseas — guiding them from first contact to confirmed appointment.
• Plan monthly content calendars, patient stories, testimonials, and brand updates with Dr Ashish Shah.
• Maintain a simple CRM / lead tracker / WhatsApp follow-up log .
• Assist in patient experience activities, photos, video shoots, and daily coordination.
