Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging, original, and platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, blogs, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Pinterest, etc.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Display / YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and implement innovative campaigns to stay ahead in the market.
- Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with the online community through timely replies, comments, and DMs to build trust and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and present performance insights to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.Proven work experience (1–3 years) as a Social Media Marketer, Digital Marketer, or similar role.Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their advertising tools.Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and optimize campaigns.Creativity, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
