Role Overview :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and communication-driven Client Outreach Intern to join our Sales and Business Development Team . In this role, you will support outreach efforts to potential clients , assist in nurturing relationships , and help identify new business opportunities .

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to client communication, outreach strategies, and CRM management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role includes a three-month paid internship , with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in client outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels .
  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Support in writing personalized outreach messages and follow-ups .
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools with accurate contact details and communication logs.
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory calls or meetings between clients and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare proposals, presentations, and client documents .
  • Track and report outreach progress and help analyze campaign performance .
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support lead generation efforts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for improving communication strategies and engagement methods.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent research and organizational abilities .
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Interest in client relationship management, sales communication, and business outreach .
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email automation tools is a plus.
