About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage end-to-end financial operations for our staffing business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, statutory compliance, taxation , payroll management , and Advanced Excel , with proven experience in the staffing or recruitment sector .

Excellent communication skills, immediate availability, and hands-on experience in payroll and Advanced Excel are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-spectrum Finance & Accounting operations for staffing business units.
• Oversee client billing, invoicing, reconciliation , and ensure timely TDS / GST compliance .
• Handle statutory taxation and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts .
• Manage payroll processing accurately, ensuring PF, ESI, and TDS compliance .
• Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.
• Conduct P&L analysis and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve financial queries and ensure smooth operations.
