Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Head to lead our customer acquisition, e-commerce, and brand growth strategies. In this full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, you will manage D2C channels, improve online sales performance, and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities will include setting and executing growth strategies, overseeing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and enhancing brand presence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and business success.

Qualifications

Proven experience in D2C strategy development and e-commerce management

Strong knowledge of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies

Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, conversion optimization, and ROI tracking

Experience in branding, digital marketing, and content strategy for consumer-centric products

Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills

Understanding of sustainable practices and commitment to supporting environmentally conscious values is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are preferred
