The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality IT professionals for contractual and C2 H mandates across multiple domains and locations.Key Responsibilities : Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire and permanent technical positions across various clients.Source and screen candidates through job portals, , internal databases, referrals, and social media.Evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit based on client requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.Negotiate C2 H terms, rate cards, and joining formalities with candidates.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during selection, offer, and onboarding stages.Manage and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.Partner with
