Role & responsibilities
1. Builder Acquisition, Project Approvals (APF) & Government Housing Tie-ups
- Identify high-potential private builder projects and government housing projects (State Housing Boards, Development Authorities, Municipal Housing, ).
- Drive APF approvals and Government Project Approvals end-to-end : documentation, T&L coordination, pricing alignment, and quick go / no-go decisions.
- Liaise with government nodal officers, engineering teams, and project authorities for scheme onboarding and inclusion as an approved financier.
- Maximise disbursal opportunity by activating both private builder and government-backed project funnels.
2. Sales Generation & Top-Line Business Growth
Own project-wise (Builder + Government Scheme) disbursal targets and drive them aggressively through daily funnel tracking.Convert builder walk-ins, CRM referrals, site enquiries, and channel partner leads into logged-in cases.Execute structured sales activities : daily site desk operations, customer meetings, government colony visits, conversion blitz, and follow-up cycles.Drive strong conversion ratios (Login → Sanction → Disbursal) across all private builder APFs and government schemes.3. Builder & Government Ecosystem Lead Activation
Conduct weekly camps, micro-marketing activities, targeting, and conversion blitz across private sites and government colonies.Activate builder sales teams, CRM desks, welfare officers, HR / Admin teams, and connectors to generate high-quality leads.4. Customer Assessment & Documentation Support
Assist all customer in eligibility computation and documentation.Support credit teams in field income assessments and document verification.Ensure accuracy in builder demand letters, government allotment letters, cost sheets, agreements, and property documents.5. Coordination for Faster TAT & Higher Conversions
Coordinate with credit, technical, legal, and operations for smooth movement from login to disbursal.Drive faster approvals for APF-approved projects and government schemes.Resolve delays proactively through real-time follow-ups.Maintain MIS for project-wise and scheme-wise funnels, conversions, and disbursal tracking.Preferred candidate profile
Strong government networking and relationship management skillsField-intensive approach;ability to tap grassroots govt segments
Understanding of informal income assessmentGood communication & presentation skillsKnowledge of housing loans, property documentation, and affordable housing segmentAbility to operate independently and drive government business.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate4 to10 years of experience in Affordable Housing Finance / Government Business / BFSI field sales.Experience with government tie-ups or institutional sales preferred.
