Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English who can inspire students to develop a deep appreciation for language, literature, and communication. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm into the classroom while maintaining strong academic rigor.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for senior secondary classes (Grades XI–XII).

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Foster critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing proficiency among students.

Encourage creative expression through debates, dramatics, and literary activities.

Evaluate and record students’ progress, providing feedback for improvement.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with other faculty members for inter-disciplinary learning initiatives.

Support students in board exam preparation and language skill enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills :

✅ B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory)

✅ Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred)

✅ Strong command over English grammar, literature, and communication
