About the Role

Provide high-quality executive support—calendar, travel, documentation, communication—while guarding time and information flow. You will interface with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring every interaction is precise and professional.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and leadership offsites; prepare agendas and minutes.

Coordinate travel and itineraries; reconcile expenses and maintain records.

Draft presentations, letters, and executive briefs; maintain document control.

Serve as first point of contact; prioritize communications and safeguard confidentiality.

Track action items and deadlines; follow through across multiple teams.

Support executive events, board sessions, and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree; prior executive support experience preferred.

Excellent organization, written communication, and discretion.

Proficiency with office suites, collaboration tools, and scheduling platforms.

New graduates with strong writing and time-management skills are welcome to apply.
