Airport ground staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers. some of the key responsibilities and skills required for this role include : - providing assistance to passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation- handling passenger inquiries and resolving customer complaints- ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities

Flight Attendant duties will include performing safety checks, attending pre-flight briefings, demonstrating safety routines, and serving snacks to passengers.
