Executive – Marketing & New Consumer Initiatives

This role provides a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of new consumer-facing initiatives in a traditionally B2B-driven organization.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Marketing Executive to lead our new consumer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with D2C brands, a strong grasp of digital marketing, and the ability to work independently to conceptualize and execute growth strategies.

This role requires someone who is not just a strategist but also a hands-on executor who can translate ideas into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for new consumer-facing products and initiatives.

Work closely with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities in the B2C and D2C space.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and content creation.

Conduct market research and consumer insights to define positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Build brand identity and awareness for Anuvi’s consumer products.

Oversee launch plans, partnerships, and distribution channels for D2C initiatives.

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI.

Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills

BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience; experience with D2C brands is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, e-commerce, and consumer engagement.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Creative thinker with a strong bias for action and innovation.
