Demand Generation Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can scale our growth engine using HubSpot and modern digital strategies. If you love creating demand, automating funnels, and driving conversions, this role is for you.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Own and manage HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub : workflows, lead scoring, automation, and reporting.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, content).
• Build lead nurturing funnels that convert candidates and recruiters.
• Drive SEO, content, and performance marketing for brand visibility.
• Create and optimize landing pages, newsletters, drip campaigns .
• Measure and analyze KPIs (CAC, MQLs, SQLs, churn, funnel drop-offs).
• Work closely with founders on brand positioning and GTM strategy .
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure lead quality and pipeline health.
